With a peaceful approach, I commit to applying yoga's lessons in all areas of my life. We understand yoga’s benefits for body, mind, and spirit, but it also extends beyond the mat. We are always engaging with society—through relationships, work, and even politics. As yoga practitioners, it’s essential to stay mindful of current societal issues. Yoga teaches us not to shy away from discomfort, but to embrace it. These teachings help us gain new perspectives and understand how we can create positive change, using our own hands to contribute to the world and allow ourselves to be touched by it.
