Yoga@Work
In groups until 10-12 people specific classes such as back courses, pilates and yoga are offered. The duration starts from 25 min per class.
Additional space for yoga and props can be created at the office.
I am happy to support with any re-decoration needed to find space for your wellness purposes.

Wellness Teamevent
Creating a unique yoga experience designed to strengthen the bond between body and emotions while fostering team cohesion. In this session, we create an inclusive space for your team to reconnect with themselves and each other, enhancing mindfulness and taking a break from daily routines.

Personal Yoga Training
Diving deeper into your own personal experience with and through yoga. Being in a safe space and feeling held as you been guided through processes on several levels, rather than only the physical one. Be open to meet yourself in a new and profound way.
