Poses, breathwork and meditation techniques will be adapted to your needs. We are looking at the physical, mental as well as emotional needs to become regulated.
RESTORATIVE
Do you feel the need to slow down? In restorative Yoga we are connecting breath and movement with a very gentle set of poses. Often practiced seated and lying down. Suits great for calming a stressed mind and also beneficial for beginning with yoga.
my path of yoga
Practicing Yoga is more than a physical experience but it is also no great mistery. It keeps reminding me on that quote:
The art of life is to see in everday life, the miraculous.
Many years ago I commited to yoga not only as my first choice of excercies and sports but also as a lifestyle choice. I have commmitted to happier and healthier way of living through and with Yoga.
I am highlighting here not only the exercises, rather making it a transformative experiences by incorporating breathwork, meditation, and bodily awareness, subtle therapies with aroma and music plus radical honesty towards ourselves.
The 8 fold path is a complex practice and I keep reminding myself taking the whole thing also with ease and joy.
